Decal Gymnastics has provided quality gymnastics instruction to the Central Maine Area for the past 19 years. Each year, we have tried to provide a better gymnastics program by upgrading the equipment in our mulitple facilities and improving our coaching staff and teaching techniques.
Our coaching staff are highly trained, experienced coaches who have produced many successful gymnast. Year after year, their teams and gymnasts won State, Regional and National titles. Assisting them are a number of experienced and caring coaches who are concerned for the safety and individual needs of each gymnast. Self-confidence and discipline are taught while coordination, flexibility, balance and strength are enhanced in an atmosphere that allows the gymnast and enjoyable learning experience.
