On-line Registration
The Waterville Area Boys and Girls Club & YMCA are pleased to announce on-line registration.  To get started, simply visit www.aplaceforkidstogo.org and click on the link directing you to the on-line registration screen. 

Getting Started
You must be an active member of the Waterville Area Boys and Girls Club & YMCA in order to access the on-line registration.  All first time users must select “I’m new to online registration” to create a user ID and password.  If you have already registered and have forgotten your password, simply click “I forgot my password” and your password will be sent to the e-mail address on record. 

Registering for a Program
Once you have logged in, you can use the browse programs tool to help you easily find and choose the programs that interest you.  Choose a category (Ex. Karate), then choose an activity group (Ex. Karate Lessons), and then click your program (Ex. Pee Wee Karate)

Once you have chosen a program, all available segments will be listed on the screen.  Check the segment that you wish to register for.  Check “I agree to the program waiver” and then click Next.

Choose the person who will be participating in the program.  All of the individuals on your membership will be listed.  Before checking out, you can click “register for more programs” to continue choosing other classes.

Checking Out
Once you have chosen all of the classes you wish to register for, click “Check Out.”
Payment options are either Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Click on your card, enter the cardholders name, card number and expiration date.

A receipt page will show you exactly what you are registering for and how much you are being charged.  If you agree, click on “Commit” JUST ONCE in order for the registration to be processed.  Print your receipt and you are done.  You should also receive a registration confirmation via e-mail.  If you do not receive a confirmation, contact the Waterville Area Boys and Girls Club & YMCA to verify that your e-mail address in our system is correct.  Please be advised that same Spam blocking tools require that you allow e-mails from us before you can receive the confirmation e-mails.

Helpful Hints
In order to register on-line you must already be in our system.  If this is the first time that you are participating in one of our programs, please contact the Waterville Area Boys and Girls Club either by telephone or in person. 

The Customer Service Representatives can check and possibly correct your information if it is in our system incorrectly.  Although the Customer Service Representatives cannot correct all on-line registration problems immediately, they may be able to update your information so you can try again and if necessary report the problem to the system administrator.

If the class is full, we encourage you to put your child on the waiting list.  This gives us a better idea of the number of people interested in our programs, and allows up to create new classes or recruit additional instructors whenever possible. 

Cancellations may not be done on-line.  Please call 874-0684. 

The on-line registration system does not accept any form of discounts, coupons, gift certificates, system credits, or financial assistance.  If you qualify for financial assistance, or if you have a program credit, please call or visit the Waterville Area Boys and Girls Club & YMCA. 

Security
The on-line registration site will secure your private information using 128-bit encryption so no account information is sent unencrypted over public lines.
